Returns Policy

Our products are printed on demand, specifically for the group or organization that places the order.  Because all of our cards are custom printed for each client, unused cards cannot be returned for refund or store credit.  The great thing about our cards is that they have no expiration, so unused cards can be saved for fundraising needs at a later date.

If, however, you are requesting a refund due to our error, please contact us at cs@scratchandgive.com or at 866-831-9902 so we may address the issue.  We are committed to your satisfaction.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are some restrictions and items cannot be shipped to some international destinations. 

Shipping rates for all orders incur a standard handling fee based on your geographical location.
